Ordering and payment

Pies are $30 plain or $50 with optional florals. For custom and wedding cakes, get in touch about your date and design. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Changes and pickup

Orders are pickup-only in Columbia City, Indiana. Contact us to discuss pickup details, or if you need to change or cancel an order.

Ingredients and allergies

Please ask about ingredients, allergies, and storage before ordering. We cannot promise that an item is safe for every allergy.

Website privacy

The contact form asks for your name, email, inquiry type, and message. Checkout uses your order details, pickup choices, notes, and contact information to process your payment and arrange your order. Please do not put card numbers or sensitive personal information in messages or order notes.

Website hosting, email delivery, and payment providers receive information needed to run those services. Card details are handled by Stripe’s payment interface. Read Stripe’s privacy policy for its practices.

For questions about your information or to request access, corrections, or deletion, email hello@birdiesbakingco.com. Some records may need to be retained for completed orders or legal requirements.

Cookies and saved carts

Your browser saves your cart, pickup choices, and notes so they are available when you return. The saved cart has no automatic expiry. Clearing the cart resets its contents; your browser’s site-data settings can remove the saved entry.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Stripe’s payment features may also use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage saved website data in your browser settings.
